7-Step checklist for creating your personalized phone on-hold message
Note: Using this checksheet is optional. If instead you’d like to fax us some wording or script ideas you’ve put together, that’s fine, too. Our fax numbers are: 703-860-4855 and 703-935-2549. Most of our subscribers find that using this checksheet is a convenient way to tell us what we need to put on their first few messages. We can always change your messages later if you have additional thoughts.
 

STEP 1: Your Location.

Please tell us how we should describe your gym’s location on your messages.

Example:
“We’re UniWorld Gym Hanover. You’ll find us in the Northeast Shopping Center, at the intersection of Routes 7 and 22, just two miles from downtown Hanover.”
