Here at VoiceScapes, making a change to your on-hold message is as easy as 1, 2, and 3!

 

We know that the message you share with your callers is very important to you, so we don’t make any changes to the information specific to your location unless you ask us to. 

 

Whether you’re sponsoring a local event or having a Member Appreciation Night, adding classes to your schedule or just changing the club hours, you can email, call or fax your request to us and we’ll get it taken care of for you right away.  Often within 24 hours!

 

1.  Take a few moments to listen through your message and jot down what you’d like to add, remove or change. (This should be done several times a year to be sure your message is up-to-date and accurate.)

 

2. Send those changes to us at changes@voicescapes.com, call 877-655-9355 with simple adjustments, or fax us at 717-697-0302.  Please be sure to include the name of your facility and contact information in case we need clarification.

 

3. Sit back and relax, knowing that your phone on-hold message is working for your club and informing your callers.

 

And remember, your membership privileges allow you unlimited changes, so why not add a special promotional message about membership specials, tanning packages, supplement sales or special events each month!  (Just send it about a week before the end of the month so we’ve got time to process it).  Most of our subscribers use their on-hold message as an extension of their marketing in this way, so it’s a busy time for us.
